Anna Isabelle Magalona-Go, founder of But First, Coffee, transformed her home-based cafe into a thriving franchise business. She credits reliable connectivity as the essential backbone for this expansion, enabling online orders, franchisee communication, and scalable operations beyond a single location. Such foundational internet services empower small enterprises to reach wider markets.
Many small businesses face significant barriers to digital adoption. Yet, PLDT Enterprise actively lowers these barriers, offering accessible, integrated digital tools and educational support. This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide for Filipino micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). PLDT Enterprise, through its micro, small, and medium business unit PLDT SME, organized SME Day Manila to provide insights and solutions for business growth in the digital age (InsiderPH). By bundling reliable connectivity with operational tools and educational initiatives, PLDT Enterprise acts as a full-stack digital enabler, allowing even traditional businesses to leapfrog into the digital economy. Filipino MSMEs equipped with these solutions are better positioned to thrive, potentially outperforming less digitally-enabled competitors and contributing significantly to national economic growth.
Streamlined Operations with Integrated Tools
PLDT Enterprise offers various digital tools for small businesses, extending beyond basic internet to include operational efficiency solutions. These integrated offerings provide a competitive edge, allowing MSMEs to streamline processes and expand their reach.
